Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Arkhelian.

We work to pack and ship orders as carefully and efficiently as possible. Because Arkhelian is an independent studio operation, fulfillment timelines may vary slightly depending on order volume, inventory availability, and whether an item is signed or made available in limited quantities.

Order Processing Times

Most physical orders are processed and shipped within one week of purchase, often within 1–3 business days.

Orders are generally packed and fulfilled during regular business days and do not usually ship on weekends or major holidays.

During launches, restocks, promotions, or higher-volume periods (holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will do our best to communicate that clearly.

If backorders are offered on select items, backordered items may take approximately 2–3 weeks to ship.

Physical Products

Physical products may include paperback books, hardcover books, signed editions, and other printed merchandise currently offered through the store.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Signed Editions and Limited Stock

Signed editions and other limited-stock items may require additional handling time.

If a signed edition is listed as available, it will ship after the item is prepared and packed. Availability of signed stock may change at any time and is dependent on physical inventory on hand.

If an item is out of stock, unavailable, or delayed beyond normal expectations, we will contact you if needed regarding next steps.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped physically.

If you purchase a digital item, you should receive access to your download on the order confirmation screen, as well as a download link in your order confirmation email. Delivery of the confirmation email may take a short time depending on your email provider.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping is available for eligible orders within the United States.

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries.

If your country is not currently available at checkout, please contact https://arkhelian.com/contact/ to see whether shipping arrangements can be made.

Arkhelian works with its shipping partners to provide calculated shipping rates at checkout whenever possible. However, international customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, or other destination-country fees that are not collected at checkout or that arise after shipment.

Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly based on destination, customs processing, and local carrier handling.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using carriers such as USPS, USPS or DHL, depending on destination, service availability, and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Carrier availability may vary by region and order type.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Some shipping methods may not be available for P.O. boxes. If an order is placed using an address or shipping method that cannot be fulfilled as entered, we will attempt to contact the customer to request a valid street address or adjust the shipment. If we are unable to resolve the issue, the order may need to be canceled and refunded.

Arkhelian is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at the time of purchase.

If you realize that your shipping address was entered incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible at https://arkhelian.com/contact/. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been placed, but we will do our best to make the adjustment before it is shipped.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier first receives the package. If you use Shop, tracking updates may also appear there when supported by the carrier and order information.

Lost, Delayed, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times are ultimately subject to the carrier’s operations. This is outside our control.

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at https://arkhelian.com/contact/ as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help determine the next step.

Once a package has been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, Arkhelian is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Split Shipments

In some cases, items may ship separately depending on availability, packaging, or order composition.

If this happens, tracking may be provided in more than one shipment confirmation.
